My Biography

I am a management scholar. I hold a PhD in management with specialisation in cultural diversity management and technology use and adoption.

I undertook my Ph. D at the Southampton Solent University, employing exploratory sequential approach to examine the impact of technology use and adoption on cultural diversity management. I hold MSc of IBM from Southampton Solent university and BA(Hons) in Management from Southampton Solent University.

My work has been accepted to be published in the journals including JHRSS, OJL, AASoci. Academic career highlights include collaborating with colleagues from across the UK HE Sector in the design and implementation of culturally responsive learning environments, particularly at the graduate level. In 2022, I co-authored a Guild HE reports on understanding the lived experience of students from ethnic minority backgrounds in postgraduate research. The report, as well as being well-received in the HE Sector, provided an opportunity to lead a presentation at the UK Council for Graduate Education (UKCGE) Annual Conference 2022. This was followed by a workshop presentation on belonging in postgraduate research organised by UKCGE in 2023. This inclusive perspective has significantly influenced the way I approach my research area of interest that includes   Organizational ethics and diversity: researching how to create inclusive workplaces through policies, management training, and promoting ethical behaviour across different cultures. Social and professional ethics:  with a great focus on the ethical implications of cultural differences retailing. Cultural humility and competency: exploring how to develop cultural humility and competency in individuals and organizations in creating cross-cultural understanding within the field of management concerning Leadership Ethics, Business Ethics, Computing Ethics within organisation. On technology side, my research focused on inclusive technology use and adoption with investigation on designing accessible technology and ensuring equitable access through a combination of human-centred approaches and organizational support. Key areas include an inclusive accessible to the internet, inclusive connected devices, inclusive digital literacy training, inclusive technical support, accessible content and design, and fostering an inclusive organizational culture and digital technologies and management practices to improve productivity. 

Skills and Experience

My unique skills and extensive experience in cultural management, combined with my deep understanding of technology use and adoption, make me the ideal choice as a Researcher, lecturer as well as consultant. I bring a comprehensive wealth of knowledge, a strategic mindset, and a highly practical approach to effectively bridging the gap between diverse cultural perspectives and advancing technological development in meaningful ways.

How I Work

My goal has remained to work with clients through a combination of thorough research and interactive teaching. My approach involves conducting in-depth analysis, facilitating collaborative workshops, and designing tailored training programs that are specifically crafted to help them achieve their unique goals effectively and efficiently. Additionally, I place a strong emphasis on building long-term relationships with clients by providing ongoing support and adapting strategies as their needs evolve. By maintaining open communication and staying attuned to industry trends, my goal is to ensure that the solutions I provide remain relevant, impactful, and aligned with their ever-changing objectives.
